The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library is a large library in the Al Mamzar locality of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The design of the library is inspired by the shape of a Turkish lectern. Previously, he was employed by the University of Florida as Professor and Director of UF/UWF Joint Program. It is a very practical and quite comprehensive book, covering most power electronics topics, including a chapter about renewable energy at the end. It also includes numerous examples, end-of-chapter problems with solutions and PSpice simulations. My only remark is that it has a 'hand book' rather than a 'didactic' style. Nevertheless, the explanations were good enough.
