The book arrived at it's earliest time and it was in good condition as expected. A lot of the 150 ways were humorous and a bit unreasonable. She mentions a lot about Cuckholding and Blue Balls. A lot of the ideas were either

... so common that she only mentioned pegging a submissive once... as f the subject was sensitive or a hard limit.

Book layout was juvenile while some suggestions were downright dangerous. title advise advice for "new' Dommes but the writing was more aimed at advising those wishing to advance their control or to regain control of a submissive that had found a voice.

Not what I expected, title is misleading and not very much usable information. It does not read like a normal book instead the book is made up of short half page paragraph's. Not much real info If you are looking for actual instruction or a how to guide this is not the book you want. I really did not like much about it and found it disappointing.

This was obviously a book written by someone obviously bored, who wrote some blatantly obvious suggestions for people who are obviously not very imaginative, that are really pretty predictable and common sense...

The book is the kind I would like to flip through in a dentist's waiting room. It is mildly titillating and offers a few ideas, but on the whole I found it to be quite superficial (which one could gather from the title, so that is not a valid criticism) and not very inspiring, original or insightful. I read through it very rapidly (it is not very substantial) and felt disappointed. I don't feel I've wasted my time reading through it, but I would not recommend spending the money; there are many other books of better value. I am also dismayed that this book should be available on Kindle when so many others of more interest are not.

Don't buy this manure, it's just fluff -- nothing you cannot find on the internet if you google around. I'm sad that people are writing such rubbish and passing it off as a "book". What a scam!
My fiancee' of two years bought this book for me, and we decided to read it together. I requested he return it a half hour later, and he gladly obliged. The ideas presented in this book range from unimaginative and mundane to downright cruel. The author suggests such thing as 'imply you are having an affair' and 'force your husband to sit down when he pees', or lovely little gems like 'Force your husband to cater a dinner party for you and your friends, to which he is not only not invited, but not allowed to even interact with', and there is a definite obsession with having your submissive do the dishes. Seriously, like half the recommendations in the first 30 (as far as we got before we returned the book) involved having your husband or partner do the dishes while you do something, anything, totally unrelated to any interaction with him. The author also suggests throwing away all your husbands underwear and forcing him to wear panties at all time, even if he's legitimately uncomfortable with the idea. That's not how you should ever treat someone you love or care for. A Submissive's limits are to be respected, not mocked.

The book really REALLY focuses on the belief that men are 'children' and 'stupid' and 'incapable', and need to be constantly reminded to do even the simplest of tasks because they are all such bumbling idiots no one should ever trust one to keep his word or tend to even the simplest tasks. If you are a beginner, please, please don't buy this book for tips on how to start out. These suggestions won't make you a better Domme, they'll just make your submissive uncomfortable and insecure, and make your relationship more difficult. Find something, literally anything else, to help you on your journey.
