Frank's style of writing is interesting and keeps your interest on the page. I felt that I learnt a lot of practical advice and I was constantly feeling honored to read Frank Zane's personal advice on bodybuilding. Frank Zane is really a great kwoledgeble man, and his advise, tips on training are amazing. I would really recomend anything that comes from Zane.
