At the beginning a map will show You where the languages actually are spoken.
Then You have the Festival Part from January to December - who, where, how long etc. special holidays take place in which country.
And don't miss the 24 hours in the city part: It helps You a lot in Bangkok, Beijing, Hanoi, Hongkong, Jakarta, Phnom Penh, Seoul, Tokyo, Vientiene and Yangon.

For a booklet that stays in Your shirt pocket You will get a lot of information for only a few Dollars.
And don't forget: You don't have to speak these languages, Hello, Goodbye, Please, Thank You - that is nice and easy to learn. But You can always show the people what You like, because every language has the words printed into their own scripture. You point, they read - try it out, it's worth the small price!!

Pros: compact, has all the phrases written in original language next to romanizations (so you can point to it, worst case). Cons: Translates all numbers except Zero, no phrases for ordering a hotel room, no grammar at all. This is a great little book to take with you after you've read or taken an in-depth course. Probably won't help to say anything past "hello," "goodbye," and "help."
