I just finished Yung Wing's autobiography "My Life in China and America". Highly recommended to everyone of Chinese descendent (especially Chinese immigrants living in the US). This is a book of a unsung hero who was under represented in Chinese history. For many of us growing up in China or have been through Chinese school systems when we were young, most likely have never heard about this name Yung Wing, but the names such as Zeng Guo Fan and Li Hong Zhang are well known to us.
