Andrew Nicholas Duff, OBE (born 25 December 1950) is a Liberal Democrat politician, a former president of the Union of European Federalists, and a former Member of the European Parliament for the East of England region of the UK. He was educated at . . He was educated at Sherborne School and St John's College, Cambridge. He initially stood in the 1984 European Parliament election, finishing third with 2. % of the vote.
Although an enthusiast for a closer European Union, Andrew Duff recognises the need for pro-Europeans to make their case and starts with the roots of the EU in the ruins of post-1945 Europe.

Andrew Duff, OBE, (British, born in Birkenhead, 25 December 1950) is a founding member of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) and a Liberal Democrat MEP since 1999. Member of the EU Convention on the Charter of Fundamental Rights from 1999 to 2000 and the Convention on the Future of Europe from 2002 to 2003, he was also one of the European Parliament's representatives at the 2007 Intergovernmental Conference which led to the Lisbon Treaty. He has written extensively on the EU, from an integrationist perspective.
