I mean, it's a classic. Buy it, store it, re-read it. You'll be doing Google searches for days for the amount of material in this tomb. Sure some of it is dated, but that just adds to the veneer and history, and, if you're worth your salt in research, gives you even more insight into the development of the instrument.

Only rated 4 stars because item did not come with the shown dust cover. If I'd known that'd been the case, I would have gotten it elsewhere.
Other than that, 5 Star content. Book long out of print as far as I know.
