Graeme Sydney Halford is an Australian psychology educator and author of the books on cognitive development. Halford graduated from the University of New England with his . with honors) in 1961 and his . He received his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Newcastle in 1969. Halford worked at the University of Newcastle, Newcastle, Australia as a lecturer from 1965 until 1970, then as a senior lecturer in psychology from 1971 until 1972. Thereafter he was an associate professor of psychology at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario from 1972 till 1975.
