This is a synthesis of recent evaluations of World Bank projects on addressing poverty through Social Safety Nets, conducting health reforms in Brazil and Argentina, and reforming educatioin sector in Zambia, Egypt, Jordan, and Yemen. To ensure the accuracy of the data, results were audited by an independent private audit rm and provinces and providers were ned for incorrect data reporting. There is a need for strong collaboration with local governments and providers to ensure timely information transfer to dene payment and implementation of corrective measures to improve results.
