This is an excellent resource if one is doing nursing clinical instructionn. I have been a clinical instructor for many years. This book confirmed the things I was doing and provided new ideas. The book presents many ideas for nursing care plans, how to provide feedback to students, organization of the clinical experiences, handouts, and more. The most valuable idea to me was the idea of the tying together of theory with practice and with NCLEX questions. The book is worth the time buying and using compared to many other clinical type books I have used. The book is easy to read and the ideas are easy to implement.
