These properties about black holes are all true. Only matter from outside the black hole can leave the black hole; matter from inside the event horizon can never escape. Before that Chain Reaction is complete the Critical Mass is lost leaving the centre largely intact. The jets form the Neutron Star is just more evidence that in fast spinning object gravity decays faster at the poles than at the equator, which is not only consistent with but it almost a fundamental tenant of my theory.
