The Constitution is the highest law in the United States which describes the powers of the national government and the powers of the state governments. The trunk is the people. It holds up the tree: without the support of the people there can be no government. People choose the men who make American laws. The first branch on the tree of government is the Congress. The Congress is a meeting of representatives from all states. The people elect those representatives. The Congress makes the laws that everybody must obey.

Nice!
For years, I had those little pocket editions of the U.S. Constitution in my pocket wherever I went; later, I loaded the Constitution onto my smart phone; even handier.

But no other edition of the U.S. Constitution can compare to Mike Holler's original, spiral-bound The Constitution Made Easy, for several reasons. First, the spiral binding allows you to keep it open to the section you're reading or referring to at a given time. That small design aspect is a huge boon to any patriot researcher or statesman.

Second, the most excellent aspect of Mike Holler's work is his system of parsing the law into Article, Section, and Clause. For instance, when I find a clause that is particularly useful -- the clause in the law that I need as a sovereign for a given situation -- Mike has it listed by Article.Section.Clause, and that is a powerful memorization tool!

For instance, say I look up the clause about We The People as the Citizen Militia having the power and the duty,

1.8.15 to execute the laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions.

I remember Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 is the section of the law where We The People retained the topmost power in government in America...for law enforcement, controlling uprisings (even if by our own armed employees violating the law), and defending our sovereign States from foreign enemy attack.

The other valuable aspect of The Constitution Made Easy is that on the left-hand page you see the original wording of the Supreme Law, and on the facing right-hand page you see a modern 'translation'. This makes the law more approachable for the average American, whether you're a 10-year-old homeschooler or a 90-year-old sovereign patriot.

Finally, Mike gives the legislative history of the various amendments, so that the reader learns when the various ratifications and repeals took place. Another very handy feature.

Lastly, the thick, coated cover stock makes the little book very durable. A good thing, too; if you're like me, you will keep The Constitution Made Easy on your desk or in your travel bag at all times, right along with your Bible.

I consider Mike Holler to be a national treasure. Once you've used it for years, perhaps you can almost take for granted this little sovereign citizen's tool. But you shouldn't; its creation was nothing less than a stroke of inspiration from God. If a 10-star rating existed, I'd give this resource ten stars.
