I was sent this book by an friend who I hadn't seen in years when she found out I had been diagnosed with MS. It got me on the right path to health, which I have achieved. The book was out of print, so the only way I could get my own copy, was second hand on Amazon in the US - I live in the UK - thank you internet!
While he is also a homeopath, the book is written from a medical doctor's point of view, so not full of 'alternative' stuff being rammed down your throat - more 'this is the evidence and the results - how much you want to do is up to you' You might be just happy just doing enough to make an illness or condition more manageable, rather doing everything to get rid of it or minimise it to an extent where you hardly notice it. This MD type approach helped me overcome my resistance to alternative ways of viewing illness. It worked and works for me, but a word of warning, listening to your body talking to you is for life, not just for Christmas, and yes there have been loads of time where I reached a point where I felt, 'come on give me a break - l've done loads already! About how we manifest disease in ways that serve us in our lives. I couldn't believe how much this book spoke to me. Extremely insightful. I gave it to a friend but now I'm considering buying it again so I can reread it!

Interesting concept presented in this book and raises some helpful points on how we can use the value of any predicament to better ourselves - in theory at least.

I was delighted to find a book, long out of print in Australia available on Amazon. I found it easy to choose one at a reasonable price and have it sent to me, again at reasonable cost. I received it and was thrilled at the good condition of the item. All over a positive experience and outcome.

Thank you
One of the most important books ever written.
Only for the intelligent though, wasting this book on normal people is like casting pearls before swine.
