Roelf has been a programmer, a project manager, a CIO, a CEO and a business strategist. Early in his career, he realized that he was really managing people and not computers. He chose to do his graduate studies in work place psychology.
Regardless of the industry you work in, you may be asked to assist in developing materials for publication. Relying solely on lightweight books and articles written for a general audience will drastically limit the range of useful, substantial information.
