I have found this book to be extremely knowledgeable regarding Japanese Business customs. This book is a great primer for any US Americans doing or wanting to do business in Japan. It lays a solid foundation for understanding the "why" of business and cultural behavior and customs. Working for a Japanese company, this if extremely timely and effective. I highly recommend this book.
