Well written book. I have attended a Senn-Delaney leadership program and this book reinforces the information I received in the program. It covers the foundation of leadership principles. The book explains how impactful leaders can be within an organization. Shadow the Leader, Mood Elevator, Be the One, these are all concepts that can be used both in corporate and personal life. I enjoyed the book.

The book is a good read. Very similar in ideals and cultural observations to a couple dozen others I have read as a business manager. The message is there if a company takes it to heart and follows through. Worth reading. Would rather it had been available for my Kindle app.
