excellent

The author/editor of the book made it an additional, last minute required book for her course on consultation. The chapters are poorly composed. It is a rough read and the text contains little useful information. I would not buy this unless it was required.

This book has been desperately needed for quite some time. Dr. Kaslow and her collaborators have demonstrated that, indeed, there is a need for understanding the global differences and many times the not-so-subtle cultural factors one must attend to as a family business advisor.

This book will be a tremendous resource for all who do family business consulting. It should be on the bookshelf of any family business advisor interested in the larger issues which impact not only the advisor but the families and their businesses.

I very highly recommend this book.
