Reviews about Queen Bee: Biology, Rearing and Breeding (4):
Faell
Most books on raising queen bees I found superficial and vague. This book, written by a New Zealander, gives an excellent description of the various ways of raising queen bees and the genetics behind this. I have talked with many amateur beekeepers and most of them believe that raising queen bees is one of the black arts - similar to what is in a Harry Potter film - but this book provides detailed instructions on how to raise queens successfully using several techniques, all of which are simple and can be mastered quickly by the hobby beekeeper, even those that are fairly new to the hobby.
Nuadora
Good look at rearing queens.
Owomed
Excellent and worth the price, delivered before others ordered same day domestically.
Joony
Good coverage of different types of queen rearing. Written in the UK so the spelling and wording is typical UK.
