Series: Biology of Habitats Series. I have used it as a framework for a 2nd year Biological Oceanography module and have found that each chapter is a great platform for a single session. This one can be recommended, because it gives much for its price and because it is interesting for everyone who wants to know how deep-sea organisms are able to survive in a decidedly hostile world written with clarity and in a readable style.
