One person found this helpful. I opened this book knowing absolutely nothing about beekeeping. My goal was simply to learn more, not start my own hives, and this book was perfect for my uneducated beginings. If starting you own colonies IS your goal, this book takes you step by step through the process. Despite being over 20 years old, the book is as relevent today as when it was first published.
