Having been in the Murrah building that morning (I left at about 8:45am) and assisting in the rescue efforts I found the book an excellent read and informative. Stephen jones writes an excellent book. I have given copies to many friends.

The author provides some interesting information not previously revealed about the OKC bombing, investigation, and legal process. However, too much emphasis is placed on his personal challenges for me to rate this book a 5. I highly reccomend The Third Terrorist by Jayna Davis as a compliment to this book for further illumination on the Oklahoma City Bombing.

I have read many stories surrounding this incident but had never found anything that covered the entire incident. This book is amazing that it portrays our FBI as less than stellar. It makes you wonder how well they wanted to investigate this terror incident and try to just clean it up nicely. Historically, you'll be amazed at how much you have forgotten or just never knew about this. Yes, Timothy McVeigh is a terrorist, but he was never bright enough to pull this off himself. I knew that from the moment this occurred. This book sheds light on areas of our crime fighting and investigative people that may not have wanted to know what really may have been going on at this time.

Was told by person that received this as a gift that he was very disappointed that it was not much more than a pamphlet
Blackseeker
An interesting story of the bombing case..
Musical Aura Island
another book that tells a story the press somehow missed many parts of. Jones lays out detales that are out there but, not really easy to find in most books. Many myths are addressed in the same matter of fact way.

I had read this years ago and it has always stuck with me. I have enjoyed re-reading it, and would certainly recommend this book.
