Power Food: The Guy's Gu. .has been added to your Cart. I saw this book from 2004 and then saw "The Powerfood Nutrition Plan" from 2006, which claims it has all the recipes and day by day diets plans for POWER FOOD. So I thought it was the companion book to POWER FOOD.
