great info, used for a grad course, but kept it in my library for a resource
Samutilar
This book was required for an online nutrition class and was very helpful for completion of the class. With only using this textbook I received an A in the class. It is very informational and I will look further into the topics in the book that the class did not discuss.
Yllk
this text gave a good overview of nutrition and focused on the general needs of any athlete. I would recommend it for anyone as a home reference or as a supplemental to other nutritional texts.
Mave
Was a requirement for a class but have referenced it several time since both for my self and friends.
Conjukus
Great read, not just for class but the fuel you need to have for your personal athletisum. Turned out this was the course book for undergrad and grad classes and made A's in both.
SARAND
It's ok. The chapters with digestion stuff are pretty nice. It's definetely worth 3$ I paid for it. Ow, and don't buy the 4th ed for like 90$, they only changed the colors inside the book, and rearranged stuff a little bit. Trying to get some easy money.
Pettalo
After taking the class, which was online so all of my learning came directly from this book, my knowledge for sports nutrition has increased exponentially. So much crucial information is given, and it's in a very easy-to-read format. I would recommend this to any athlete, professional or just for staying healthy, to help understand what their body needs.
I dont remember gerting it tho as i loook but is a great book
