Nauti Temptress (Nauti Girls Book 8). Lora Leigh. I read all of Lora Leigh's books, but I've reached the point of some frustration. I like her men, but she seems to stick to her formula and not really explore the type of relationship she keeps hinting. This book is a perfect example of this. Nauti Enchantress (Nauti Girls Book 9).

Lora Leigh has spun a smoldering hot tale of secret passion and erotic deceptions. More praise for. The sex scenes are, as always with Leigh’s books, absolutely sizzling. Heated romantic suspense. Leigh draws readers into her stories and takes them on a sensual roller coaster. Love Romances & More. Will have you glued to the edge of your seat.

The bruising really wasn’t that bad, but she could see why Zeke would have been a tad upset. It sure as hell didn’t look pretty worn at the bar and into one of Z. . It sure as hell didn’t look pretty worn at the bar and into one of Zeke’s white shirts. The material enveloped her in his scent, in a sense of warmth. With her legs curled beneath her she watched as he made a small fire in the fireplace across from her. He had changed his uniform for jeans, though he wasn’t wearing a shirt or shoes

Sheriff Zeke Mayes is prepared for a long struggle getting Rogue Walker to drop her defenses-and give in to desire. But soon Zeke will become embroiled in a deadly game that sweeps Rogue up in its wake. And when everything is a matter of life and death, there is no reason to hold back...

I would like to start by saying that I came across Ms. Leighs work form "Hot Spell", which originally I purchased for Emma Holly work since I am a big fan of her's.... I LOVED Ms. Leigh's story in that book hence looked into purchasing more of her work and came across Nauti Deception's.... WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!!

Never in my life have I ever hated the hero/heroine as much as I hated Rouge and Zeke! The image I had of Rouge was a typical trashy hard core biker chick which I find personally to be a turn off, there was nothing sexy about her and the decriptions given about her made me wonder if the author acutally feels that this is a sexy image for any woman? Zeke was attractive at first, but as his character developed I found nothing appealing about him AT ALL.

The story itself was HORRIBLE and the redundency of it all was enough to make me want to scream. There was NO big mystery about Zeke's supposed sexual demons and to be honest they did NOT even border on kinky by any means, I kept waiting to see what his demons were and when all was said and done I did actually scream since THERE WAS NOTHING at all MIND BLOWING in his sexual desires! The book did not lack sexual encounters which would have been great IF there was something actually different, but no, it was the same repetitive encounter over and over and over again.

I could go on and on about how much I hated this book, but bottom line is don't waste your money! I wish I could get a refund for this one!!

I almost didn't read this book because of the negative reviews it has received so far. And I really didn't care for the last Nauti book (Alex's story), so I almost passed it up. I am so glad I didn't let that stop me. Out of all the Nauti books, I actually liked this one, and Natches' story the best.

Zeke is the town sheriff, and Rogue is the bad girl who owns the bar. We have seen them in the previous books, and now we get to finally see what they are all about. I was especially intrigued to see what Zeke was about. And how he played into the investigation with the terrorist group. We finally got to learn about his past and the hidden demons he has been struggling with. Zeke and Rouge were awesome characters. I liked how strong Rouge was, and how she always stood up for herself. And I absolutely loved Zeke's character. He is your typical alpha. He is strong and protective, and completely tortured. I loved watching him struggle with his feelings for Rogue. He tried to deny them at first, and I enjoyed watching that unfold throughout the book. I guess the main reason I thought this book was so good, was because of the sexual tension and emotional struggle between the main characters. I liked watching them wrestle with their feelings for one another, especially Zeke's. This book will definitely be on my keeper shelf.

I read all of Lora Leigh's books, but I've reached the point of some frustration. I like her men, but she seems to stick to her formula and not really explore the type of relationship she keeps hinting. This book is a perfect example of this. It was obvious that the man had some "dark deep needs" and that the woman was willing to be submissive sexually, although she lead a full and real life outside the bed. However, aside from hinting at this and throwing in some silly lines, like "I should spank your for that" Ms. Leigh does not actually explore the topic in any meaningful way. Sweet Persuasion by Maya Banks does explore this issue and I wish that Ms. Leigh would take her great talent and wonderful characters to the realm of more than make believe and write for the educated adult. You'll still enjoy the book, but may be frustrated when you turn the last page.

Oh how I love this series. It is so totally amazing. This and Dreams are my favorite. God I love Zeke Mayes. All that hot, virile, alpha male hotness. Woot. Great story. Sooo happy to see it end this way. This series is one i can read over and over again. Sigh. Somorset, Kentucky is a place to get lost in.

As an avid Lora Leigh fan, I'm a little disappointed in this one. I love love love this series, and was over the moon after reading Nauti Intentions (Alex and Janey) but this one left me cold. For all the commenting on how sexually dominant and "dark" Zeke was supposed to be, I didn't get it at all. I think Alex was much darker, and much sexier for that matter. I read these books not for the mystery or the thriller aspect but for the relationships between the hero and heroine, and it was just lacking here.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, had I not read the earlier Nautis, I might give this one a better rating, but the previous installments were awesome and this one just did not live up to expectations.

Someone also mentioned that that series is over, but it seems Lora Leigh is coming out with a compilation along with Jaci Burton "Nauti and Wild" later this year...Though I'm happy the series isn't over, I have to wonder who this one will be about.
Enjoyed the intrigue. There was enough sexy parts to keep it light. I am looking forward to reading more books by this author.
