Dry Gulch Outlaws (Black Horse Western). An enjoyable read with plenty of action from well-known Black Horse Western author Paul Bedford. The story of an unlikely pair thrown together at the start of the Civil War after a repair crew for the Western Union is massacred by renegades. This is the first piece of writing of Mr. Bedford's that I have encountered and I can see I truly enjoyed myself. I must confess, I love westerns - so I tend to enjoy Westerns far more than people who don't like Westerns or who don't regularly read the genre. The novel is paced very nicely.
