Hot Ticket brings us the story of the Sinners' bass player, Jace Seymour. I said it for the first book and I'll say it again, these yummy guys are so hot that you'll want to rip your clothes off and join them. I hope this tour never ends. Wow! He should have known better than to come here. The club’s bouncers had long memories and short tempers. She hopped off the stage and slid onto his lap. her typical lap dance routine to keep the bouncers from getting suspicious. We’re leaving early in the morning, Jace said. Going back to LA. I wanted to say good-bye. She turned around, rubbing her ass against his crotch. Will I get to see you again?. I’m sure I’ll turn up every now and then. Do you do this kind of thing a lot?.

List A grew in length every hour she worked at the nightclub, Paradise Found. All thoughts of the beautiful, black-haired dominatrix and what glorious things she could do to his body fled his mind. Jace raced across the club, hurdled a chair, and landed on the bouncer’s back.

Book 3 of The Sinners on Tour

Dominatrix Aggie Martin is drawn to Sinners' bass guitarist, Jace Seymour, even before he invites himself to her dungeon for a session. Having no use for men, Mistress V (Aggie) has no intention of ever falling for any man-not even the gorgeous, brooding musician who stirs more than her body. Defiant to the point of distraction, Jace is different from Aggie's usual submissives. She soon realizes he's switched their roles with his tender love-making and for once in her life, she's ready to allow a man to take control.

The bite of Mistress V's whip is no match for the pain in Jace's heart, but Aggie's unconditional love might heal what once seemed irrevocably broken.

Reviews about Hot Ticket (Sinners on Tour) (7):
Slowly writer
Holy Flaming Panties!! I totally expected Double Time to be hot hot hot, but I was not prepared for a panty-melting inferno.

So...Trey Mills. We all love him, yes? How can you not? Trey is sweet, naughty, sexy, persuasive. He's Mr. Cuddles. Trey has been in love with his best friend Brian for years. With the exception of two times in high school, Brian has never returned his love. Sure, they are as close as two friends can be, more like brothers, but Brian has Myrna now. And it's time for Trey to move on. But his heart has been pummeled, and Trey has decided that he's swearing off men. He's shutting that part of his sexual identity down. It doesn't take Trey long to find the right woman to make a go of it with, but will a woman be enough for Trey?

Guitarist Reagan is instantly taken with Trey, but she's no man's pushover or easy conquest. Reagan demands Trey's respect and faithfulness. Reagan is a tomboy, funny, badass. She is confident but accessible. She's the kind of woman men love to hang out with, and get it on with because she is sexy as hell. She is fearless with her guitar and even more fearless when it comes to taking a chance on Trey.

Reagan had her heart broken by Ethan, when she found him with another man. But Ethan is also into women, and he still loves Reagan. He's always there to keep other guys away, but when she brings Trey home, Ethan is tempted. He can see that Trey is into him, despite the fact that he's with Reagan. When the need becomes too much, Trey, Reagan and Ethan embark on an emotional and sexual journey and set their own rules for love and commitment.

Okay, kids. You know what time it is. Time for the steam. But before I get us all hot and bothered, let me tell you a few things:

*If you do not like to read about threesomes, this book is probably not for you.
*If you do not like to read m/m or m/m/f love scenes, this book in definitely not for you.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone from reading Double Time, this is a favorite series, but I get tired of people choosing an erotica book to read, then saying "There was too much sex in that book." Or "I hate reading about threesomes and gay sex." Just save yourself the time and the aneurysm that this will cause because this book HAS THREESOMES AND M/M/F SEX! Besides, the blurb is pretty specific on what's going to happen in Double Time. Got it? Good.

Now, let me tell you who should read this book:

*You do like to read about these sexual situations or they simply don't bother you.
*You loved the first two books in the series.
*YOU LOVE TREY. *You just so happen to love a very good story.

If you fit any of the criteria a listed above, then awesome. Climb aboard the Sinners Train because Double Time is undoubtedly a book you will love.

But I will give you a warning, should you decide to read Double Time. I've included a checklist of items you need before embarking:

*A snack and drinks. You will need to stay nourished and fully hydrated.
*An ice bath to jump into when your undies burst out in flames.
*A willing body to help you out if your situation gets out of control.
*Batteries, if said willing body is unable to lend a hand.

You may be laughing, but I am Dead. Serious. If and only if you have the items listed above, then you may proceed.

I know I kind of went off the rails with my lists, but in all honesty, Double Time is an intense, beautiful book. Sure, it's totally risque, but the story itself packs a heavy emotional punch. There's a lot to deal with. Trey's feeling for Brian, Trey's feelings for Reagan, him finding a way to be in a committed relationship and be true to himself. It was an eye-opening story, and poses a lot of questions to the issue of love, sexuality and commitment.

Double Time was also a nice warm-up for the upcoming Exodus End series. Exodus End is the band that has been in the other Sinners' books, with it's lead singer being Trey's brother Dare. I'm already in love with Dare, and the other band members seem great. And naturally you have the other member of Sinners: Jace, Sed, Brian and Eric. They're as awesome as usual and I can't wait to read Eric's and Jace's stories.

Olivia Cunning never disappoints me. Her books get me steamed up, and touch my heart. Her guys are wicked, sexy, and fun. Her girls are always strong and loving. Double Time is no exception. It's a story I will turn to again and again. (Because you can never have too much Trey.)

** Trey is a popular character in the series. For reasons that I do understand, the publisher decided to publish the series out of sequence. The fact that this book was intended to be the last in the Sinners on Tour series means that there are things/events mentioned in this book that are a spoilers for the last two books. The spoilers didn't change my feelings for Double Time, but it does cause a bit of confusion.**
Okay, first off, what author releases their books out of order??? Seriously how frustrating is it to read books 1 & 2 and then suddenly be on book 5?!?!? Now I know the outcome of books 3 & 4 and there is no point to reading them!! I know that Jace and Aggie are engaged (not married), that Sed and Jessica have still not gotten married, that there was an accident that was part of Eric and Rebekah's story line, that they can't have kids, and that Eric and Rebekah are married and are extremely kinky. Why would I spend $8 on a book now to read this??? That is pure stupidity on the author's thought process and I can assure you I won't bother spending my money on them now when I would have before hand. Since Ms Cunning stupidly released book 5 before 3 or 4 I hope she sees the after effects of it.

Okay now more specifically about this book...it was just a little too weird for me. I wasn't into the trey and Ethan line, and the build up of the stalker to end how it did was a big let down. Also the conclusion of the Brian and Trey story line was just weak. All around, there were just a ton if things lacking in the story. And as much as I wanted to read Eric and Jace's stories now I won't so my time with this poorly conceived series is done
I really liked the first two books in this series, especially Backstage Pass. The third, Jace's story, was ok but kind of boring. There seems to be a pattern here. Each successive book gets worse.

Doubletime was a very uncomfortable read for me. The entire time I had to suspend my beliefs and go with the flow. This really got hard as I saw where the book was going.

Romantic love, to me, (especially in a ROMANCE NOVEL) is between two people, whether it be two guys, two girls or one guy and one girl. If the sex is not fulfilling between those two people then there is something missing. And it's not another person. Brian from Backstage Pass is basically bisexual but his love for Myrna is enough to fulfill him. But Reagan is not enough for Trey? There is no way that in a scenario like this someone is not going to get hurt.

The character of Trey started out so promising in the prior books. He was a sensitive soul who was a man-whore because he suffered from unrequited love for his best friend Brian. The character fell apart in this book. I forgot why I liked him to begin with. And Ethan? With friends like him who needs enemies? He tries more than once to seduce the man his "best friend" is in love with just because he makes him hot? And finally Reagan-her character basically checks out and becomes a stick figure inserted into the story just to provide a third for sex scenes.

Then there is some mystery stalker plot thrown in there that is very poorly written and feels like it is there for no reason.

Unless none of these things bother you and you believe three people can fall in love with each other equally and live happily ever after, or you just want to read for the hot sex then don't waste your money. For some reason Eric's story is coming out after this one but it will take place before any of this happened and I am definitely planning on skipping that one.
