The "250" in its name denotes the displacement in cubic centimeters of each of its cylinders; "GTO" stands for Gran Turismo Omologata, Italian for "Grand Touring Homologated.

Great book. Very detailed

The construction of the car was explained in detail. This book focuses quite a bit on the racing version. I would have liked to see more of the road car, SWB Berlinetta. Still, very good for people who love this most beautiful of sports cars.
