I am purchasing this book a second time. My first has been ruined by water. This is a wonderful book with magnificent pictures and recipes. I have made many of the recipes and have not been disappointed with any.

This is a book about France. No frills or overabundant recipes. The photography is amazing and I am grateful to be able to savor this book .
