Reviews about The Wines of Greece (Classic Wine Library) (4):

An excellent introduction to the wines of Greece. I would recommend that future editions expand the area covered to include the wines of Cyprus as well, since most Cypriots (and certainly most wine-producing and consuming Cypriots) are ethnically Greek.

This is an excellent and up to date review of modern Greek wines including native grape varieties,geography/climate,regions and producers.A must for anyone wanting to get serious about understanding the new wave of Greek wines heading for shores in Europe and the new world.A few photos of producers and vineyards and if was a bit more "flashy" would have given it another star.

The greatest book on Greek wines in circulation. Especially the history of Greek wines, which spans thousands of years, is presented in a fascinating way by Mr Lazarakis. It would be great to see regular edition updates, to include the latest news from the Greek vineyard.
